About Me

I'm a thirty-something, happily married WAHM to three beautiful (human :-)) children, Amos the pup, and Hermione the sugar glider! (There's a kitty named Zeke that hangs around here, too...)


I'm an avid reader/reviewer and a closet writer ;-). I have published stories in the Creative Reviews Christmas anthologies, Christmas Lites and Christmas Lites II, which are sold to benefit the NCADV. I also have a story, which received second place in the Ember Press short story contest, published in the H.E.A.R.T Animal Rescue Anthology, sold to support the H.E.A.R.T Animal Rescue's mission of love.



I offer freelance proofreading and editing services through Gathering Leaves Editing. In early 2011, I became part of JournalStone's proofreading team, until personal projects began to take up most of my time, and thus began my journey to a profession that is very near and dear to my heart—helping authors achieve their literary dreams!
